At the heart of the Shura Island, nestled within the sprawling golf course, the clubhouse boasts unparalleled views of the manmade lagoon and adjacent developments. With its distinctive architecture, crowned by an iconic roof, and its elevated position, the clubhouse is poised to become a landmark, offering sweeping panoramas of the surroundings. On the ground floor, guests can indulge in various amenities, including a restaurant/café with indoor and outdoor seating, a spa, changing facilities, retail outlets (housing a golf store and pro-shop), prayer rooms, administrative offices, and an outdoor reception area. Below ground, the basement level accommodates essential support services, including a kitchen, laundry facilities, an access utility hub (AUH platform), and other utilities and maintenance-related functions.

Brief Description: The design of the Public Realm in AMAALA Triple Bay draws inspiration from the natural landscape, where the erosion process has transformed mountains into rocks and sand over time. The design narrative reflects this local context, celebrating the forms, colors, and textures found on site while embodying wellness, exclusivity, and luxury. Within the Right of Way (RoW), the scope encompasses three types of programmed areas: Viewing platforms strategically positioned for panoramic views, rest points spaced every 800 meters along the mountain road, and carefully chosen locations adjusted during site visits to optimize the viewing experience. The scope of works includes both soft and hard landscaping elements, integrating indigenous flora, eco-friendly materials, and innovative water management solutions to enhance sustainability and promote biodiversity throughout the project.
